EAST HARBOR !
east harbor is hard to explain. it's a nice, friendly city. it's close to a large body of water and enormous mountains. there's a lot of wildlife and uncivilized area surrounding the city, keeping it separated from the rest of the country. many people here love the nature and can't stay away from the mountainous area, including the forests. even the beaches are filled with people, enjoying all the possible sports. the town is a decent town with, as i've said before, nice people. but wait, that doesn't include the teenagers.
this city, east harbor, is split into two teenage groups: the north and the south. the south are the friendly people. they are the reason that adults don't move away. the young men and women are polite, intelligent, and most people find them to be great people. unless, of course, you live in the north. the northern teenagers are disliked by many of the adults. they do crazy disruptive things. they could care less about anyone but themselves, doing what they want when they want. drugs and alcohol are their main priorities, leading them to everything else they do. pregnancies happen too often. deaths, murders, even suicide is normal.
the town couldn't take it anymore. to make it all better, the northern teenagers get their own high boarding school on a near-by island, staying there for most of the school year. only way off of the island for these students is with a parent's phone call or letter. this worked out quite well, keeping east harbor a peaceful city. but soon enough, the southern high schools were suddenly getting new students: the northern kids. city officials were outraged. a new school was created on the opposite side of the island for the actual southern high school kids. this island was now split in two, much like the actual city. southerners were allowed off the island twice a week, but most just stayed there, since rowing a boat wasn't their favorite activity. they had many more privileges and the northern students were angry, but it didn't matter... because now, they had new toys.
southern students, stay true to who you are. northern students, play nice.
